FLUORESCENT PENS

The glowing effect ink of the fluorescent pens of the UV-Fluorescent Pump Softliner has a strong luminosity under UV light. This characteristic makes the fluorescent pen interesting for all artists. The ink is not only suitable for single highlights, but also for colorings on bigger surfaces (thanks to its soft brush tip). 

The quick-drying ink is permanent and can be applied on nearly all smooth surfaces. A real highlight among the fluorescent pens is the “invisible blue”. This ink is only visible under UV light.
